Judith T. Broder, M.D., Director
Judith T. Broder is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who practiced in Los Angeles from 1972 until her retirement in 2009. She was active in teaching psychiatric residents and candidates at psychoanalytic institutes throughout her career. She is a Training and Supervising analyst at LAISPS. She founded The Soldiers Project in 2005.

Pamela McCrory, Ph.D.
Pamela J. McCrory, Ph.D. is a marriage and family therapist and licensed psychologist and has been in practice since 1985. She is a part-time faculty member at California State University, Northridge, Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Program. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. She has provided couple and family therapy, training for volunteers and community education for The Soldiers Project since 2006.

Marie Cohen, Ph.D.
Marie Cohen is licensed as a clinical social worker and a clinical psychologist; she has been in practice since 1973. Her areas of interest include working with individuals, couples and families; working with individuals and families coping with illness, infertility, and various kinds of trauma. She is on the clinical faculty of the Geffen UCLA School of Medicine where she teaches medical students as part of the Doctoring curriculum, and consults with the UCLA Revlon Breast Center where she sees women at high risk for developing breast cancer. She has worked with The Soldiers Project since 2006.
