Chicago-Training on “Military Culture”

February 28 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Presenter: Grady Garner, Ph.D., Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology Program Coordinator, Military Clinical Psychology Track at Adler School of Professional Psychology.

Description: The military is a unique institution with its own mores, social norms, beliefs, values, patterns of behavior, ethos, esprit de corp., and linguistics.  This unique culture and community promotes and facilitates efficient operations both at home, abroad, and on the battlefield. An appreciation of the more nuanced aspects of the organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and socialization process is fundamental in working with military communities.

Our trainings are free for all attendees. Also, we provide 3 CEUsper training. CEUs are $10.

Please RSVP for trainings with Chris Poulos (cpoulos@thesoldiersproject.org). For those seeking CEUs, e-mail your RSVP along with your license number.
